September, 2020Jeff and Mark did a great job repairing my Omega Sea Master on 3 occasions. Courteous, as well as prompt, service and attention to detail. I would recommend them without hesitation.

September, 2020THE NAME: Mitchell, I'm a tough customer, I demand integrity and frankness, I don't trust most businesses and nothing anyone says without doing my own due diligence. I must say WatchRepair.net's customer service and craftsmanship is second to none. I'm very please by their continuous assurance I would get my 18k gold Omega watch returned restored in perfect condition - Hot damn I'm impressed with said aforementioned business, quality at its best...Thank you Jeff Herman, you truly are the man..

September, 2020These guys are the best! Whether it is a sentimental family piece or an expensive investment grade timepiece, they will get it done on time and budget. I own a number of watches and wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of them.

September, 2020Superb job. Exceeded my expectations. In addition to the general overhaul; a few repairs were needed. I am so glad I found this company. My watch is a 32 year old Oyster Perpetual Datejust. It looks brand new. Shipping to and from was communicated well. Well, all communication was great. Thanks so much, Rhonda

September, 2020My Omega was was beginning to show its age, as it has been used as a everyday watch for many years. I am a retired USAF Fighter Pilot, which means the timepiece has seen many hours above 35,000 feet and under very high "G" forces. Watch Repair made it new again! The service was excellent in every respect.

September, 2020I sent my Aquaracer Calibre 5 in for repair. Of course, as soon as I sent it in the pandemic broke out. As a result, the turn around was slower than anticipated, but the company communicated with me and the results were worth the wait. The watch was returned working properly and looked brand new. I would highly recommend Watch RepaIr.

September, 2020Thank you Marc and Jeff for your quality service and repairs to my Rolex Submariner. But, as a repeat customer of yours, I've learned to expect nothing less. I will be giving my 1960's GMT Master to my daughter to give to her husband along with your contact information. Again, thank you.

September, 2020I just want to thank you guys for a job well done. Watch was infiltrated by water, and you managed to get working perfectly, it looks like the day my wife bought it for me. Your number is now in my phone I don’t have look any where else to have my watches serviced. Thanks again.

September, 2020Jeff was always in touch with me and explained the whole process to me as I was wary about sending my Rolex President thru the mail. As it turned out it was a fast and safe way to ship it and a GPS tracking unit was included with the package. The workmanship on my watch was 1st class and the watch looks like it did the day I got it (35 years ago).

September, 2020After 21 years of continuous daily use my Seamaster was very overdue for attention, and after reading all I could and speaking to Jeff I felt very confident in sending it off to watchrepair.net. I now have it back and it looks and acts like a new watch. All the scratches on the body and bracelet have been polished out and its clearly been completely disassembled and rebuilt with new pins. I did have a couple of very deep scratches on the bezel which were not possible to clean up so I chose to have a new one fitted at reasonable cost. From the first contact the company were very clear on how they work, and what the likely costs involved would be and this great communication continued after they had the watch and had inspected it. I think the cost was very sensible bearing in mind the hard life and abuse its had and I would heartily recommend the service offered.

September, 2020I just had my Rolex watch returned to me today so I can't say much about the quality of the repairs and refurbishing; perhaps I'll made additional comments about that after I have had the watch for a while. However, I can comment on the customer service and the attention to detail concerning the safety and security of my valuable timepiece. In a word, it was spectacular! If there is a correlation between customer service and repair service, there are no worries because the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

September, 2020With the Covid epidemic creating a significant lockdown for senior citizens, I did some research and found Watch Repair. I realized how knowledgeable Jeff and Marc were after spending time with them on the phone and decided to send my Breitling and Omega watches to them for repair. (Reading all the testimonials was also a factor). My watches made it to them safely and later arrived back in their offices fully repaired. They left via Fedex on a Tues and were supposed to arrive 2 days later. Didn’t happen. That is when Jeff took over. I had insured the watches, but much preferred the watches over the money. After 30 days Fedex closed the case which meant insurance, not watches. Jeff communicated with Fedex higher ups regularly and never gave up. A week later he got a call from someone at the Fedex lost and found, and two days later he got the watches back. The next day they arrived and the experience was over….happy ending. Thank you Jeff.

September, 2020Watch repair is a true art. This is my second time with Watchrepair.net, it won't be my last. I trust them with my 38 year old Rolex.

September, 2020I have been a long-time customer of WatchRepair and recently needed service on my Breitling Aerospace limited edition watch. I sent my watch in, and since it had been several years since my last service, understandably a few new parts were required in addition to a new battery. My watch cane bacj earlier today and as has always been the case, everything about the service was perfect. The watch looked brand new, and I know that it will operate properly for a long time to come. This is a very special watch to me, and I wouldn't trust it to anyone but Jeff and the talented team at WatchRepair. If you have a valuable and/or special watch that you wanted serviced in the best way possible, WatchRepair is the company to use. I've been a happy customer for a long time, and I will remain a loyal customer going forward.

August, 2020Marc and his team were/are everything I could ask for in a repair effort on a Omega watch. Careful, insightful, experienced, responsive, diligent and willing to take initiative.

August, 2020A Total Great Experience. Safe and very secure shipping of my Rolex, from and to my house. The price was very fair for the work that was preformed, and MOST of all my Rolex looks and works great. Don't hesitate to send your high end watch to WatchRepair.net like I did. I wish I had sent it to them much sooner.
Charles Schech, Folsom, LA
August, 2020I have just received my Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow back from Marc and Jeff and they have done a fantastic job of the repair. Jeff and the team have been courteous, communicative and very helpful all the way through the repair process and I am delighted with the results. They also have a very secure way of transporting the watches between the repairer and delivery. Great Job , I will be using you again
