My Tag came back with all issues fixed, polished, and in better condition than I when I sent it in! The service took just under a month compared to Tag’s in-house servicing which takes 2-4 months. Very pleased!

Just received my Tag Heuer 1000 Series Dive watch back from watchrepair.net and could not be happier! This beloved watch was purchased new in 1988 and I’ve had it ever since. Unfortunately, it quit running almost a decade ago. I made numerous attempts with various jewelry stores and even sent the watch back to Tag Heuer but because of its age, nobody was able to get the watch running again. A little Internet research brought me to watchrepair.net and several months ago, I sent it off for an estimate. The owner-Jeff, was a real pleasure to work with – professional knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. The watch came back to me today looking like it did almost 35 years ago. They did a complete overhaul on the watch replacing the movement, fixing the bracelet, polishing the bezel, pressure testing, and of course, replacing the battery. This vintage Tag Heuer may not be the most valuable watch but to me it is priceless and reminds me of many great memories. Having it working again, means the world to me, especially knowing someday I will be able to pass it to my son running as smoothly as it did the day I bought it.
