Watch Repair Reviews

Everything about this company is a class act.
I sent my Omega to them for repair/refurbishment. I am very impressed with their work and customer service.

My wife’s Ladies Rolex Perpetual Datejust was last serviced ten years ago was now in need of major repair after 36 years of daily use. I got a estimate from Rolex Service by going through a local dealer. Not only was the quoted price outrageously high, but they also insisted the aftermarket diamond bezel be replaced with the original and that a new bracelet be purchased. I found WatchRepair.net on the internet and after talking with Jeff, sent them the watch for an overhaul. I also upgraded the dial to a Oyster with diamonds and replaced the hands. The bracelet was rebuilt and refinished. The watch and bracelet look fabulous and like new, and is running accurately.

I highly recommend WatchRepair.net. They did a great job on my Rolex, which had stopped running in 2009. It looks like its brand new. And I can’t stress enough about their personal service. They kept me informed all the way though the process of repairing my watch, by phone calls and e-mails. I won’t go anywhere else now to have my watches repaired.

I sent my wife’s diamond and platinum Omega using the amazing padded shipping container they provided. They kept me informed about the watch status via email and telephone throughout the process. They performed a complete overhaul. I received the watch back about 4 weeks form sending it in like new condition. Very pleased…….

My wife inherited a vintage Rolex Air-King from her father that looked like it had been opened by a blacksmith with a chisel. It still ran (sort of), but was in absolutely awful condition. After pestering her for more than a year to let me get it restored and “feminized” so that she could wear it, she finally relented – with a couple of conditions: (1) she agreed to let me get the Masonic dial her father had put on the watch replaced as long as she could get that dial returned to her, and (2) she wanted his personal engraving on the back of the watch left intact.

Jeff and Marc had previously restored an Omega Seamaster and a Rolex Datejust (which, no kidding, had been run over by a Cadillac Sedan deVille) for me, so I knew they could handle this job. Not only did they do a complete overhaul of the watch so that it now runs perfectly, they sourced a new dial and had it refinished in mother-of-pearl with diamonds set in gold. Then I threw a last minute curveball at them by asking them to replace the banged-up original C&I bracelet with a Rolex Oyster one. All conditions met, the watch is now absolutely stunning! More importantly, my wife is thrilled with it.

My vintage Omega Seamaster just stopped working. I searched the internet, read testimonials, and made the decision to contact WatchRepair.net. Smart move! When is the last time you called ANY business and got a human on the second ring?
My Seamaster looks great and works just fine. It was done and received in less time than quoted. Yes, the bill was noticeable.
Worth it.

This is the second time I have had my Breitling Superocean serviced at WatchRepair.net. The first time was almost 10 years ago.

I was nervous the first time I sent my Breitling for service, as I had only spoken to Jeff once, and read many positive reviews about the quality of the business. As I dropped it off at FedEx that day, I thought maybe I was making a mistake entrusting my expensive (to me) watch, to someone I never met. My fears were quickly dispelled, by multiple calls, and emails keeping me up tp date on the status of the service. I got my watch back working and looking great.

So it was a no brainer to send it back to WatchRepair.net recently for a second time when I was experiencing a problem with the crown and stem, which required a more involved service. Jeff and Marc kept me informed throughout each step, and always gave me a price, and got authorization from me before continuing with the service.

I got my Breitling back, looking and running as good as new, and I am very happy. I feel the level of service, craftsmanship and price can not be matched by anyone else in the business.

Finally, to anyone who is hesitant about sending your timepiece to them for service, don’t be. They are as professional as can be, will keep you informed every step of the way, and you will be very happy with the quality and price.

Just got my vintage Omega Seamaster back from WatchRepair.net. Jeff Herman stepped me through the repairs, parts, and overall condition of this 75 year old watch and gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the prompt service (3 weeks) and the quality condition of this watch. Very satisfied with this restoration and repair….thanks

I had owned my Omega for over 15 years. When I found watchrepair.net, my watch was losing time and sometimes it would mysteriously stop. The technicians listened attentively to my description of my watch’s performance and when they received my watch, they examined the watch carefully and informed me what needed to be done. I now own an Omega that works better than when it was new and the accuracy has improved from losing 5 to 10 minutes per 24 hours to +2 seconds per 24 hours. Plus, the watch looks BRAND NEW!

My 1963 Omega Seamaster needed work that local repair services failed to remedy (but happily charged for). I’m glad I found WatchRepair.net, as they not only fixed the primary problem, but performed additional needed work to my satisfaction. The watch now looks and runs great, and it’s happily back on my wrist for everyday enjoyment.

Marc and company again did an outstanding job on my Planet Ocean. This isn’t the first time I’ve sent them a watch and wont be the last. They always exceed my expectations and this time is no different.

My late father’s Breitling Navitimer was in really bad shape when I sent to WatchRepair.net. Missing buttons, water damage and 20 years of age showing. I was shocked when I recieved it… Looked like new and I had forgotten how nice this watch is. So happy I finally did this. Marc is very professional and communicates well on every step so you don’t have to worry at all Price was much better than I could find locally. I would use them again for sure.

I thought I would never have my watch repaired. My watch had been completely wet 10 years ago. I sent it in to be fixed. I was blown away by the repairs the watch came back like new. It was a little expensive but 20 years ago I paid $1100. These people did a great job

Marc I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with your service. I must admit I was skeptical at first given my history of receiving poor service on my Rolex watch. I have had this watch for nearly 30 years and was so frustrated about how poorly it kept time despite my attempts to have it fixed. You were my last resort. From my first phone call to you until I received my watch I have had exceptional service. My watch keeps perfect time and looks brand new. I recommend you without reservation.
