Watch Repair Reviews

Jeff, I want to thank you for exceptional prompt service. I Ireceived my watch on a timely basis and looking like new. For a Breitling Headwind, a model now out of production, it looks like it is new watch. In addition Your service staff should be given a big "Thanks" for their skill and extra effort. The timing was better than it was when new. Gained about one second in one week. That is amazing. I have recomended your company to others and will continue to do so. Most Sincerely, Tom Yovan

After years of faithful service from my Rolex Submariner, I finally realized I was going to have to spend quite a bit of money on it. I was quite surprised when I talked to Jeff at Watchrepair.net, as I had heard horror stories about how much a Rolex overhaul could be, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. I checked a few testimonials and decided to take the plunge. Not only was the job done right, it didn’t cost that much either. Let me tell you, my watch keeps perfect time and looks like new. Thanks Jeff, and your watchmaker too!

Hi Jeff:

Watch received and I agree with you that it looks great. My Omega Speedmaster Professional appears to be keeping perfect time and I could not be more pleased with the service. I must be honest that I was a little apprehensive at first with sending an expensive watch to a location found on the internet. However, your contacts with me and the professional way everything was done made this a good experience. I definitely will recommend you to anyone who needs service on a high quality watch!!

Thanks again.

Dear Jeff,

I want to thank you and your staff for repairing my Hamilton Watch Company Fontainebleau Chronograph. I have been wearing the chronograph for 40 years and now expect the chronograph to run for another 40 years! Your staff took on the difficult project of finding the rare parts needed and making the necessary repairs. Recent acquaintances want to know where I got my new watch!

WatchRepair.net did an excellent professional job.

Regards,

Recently I took my wife’s Rolex to a local Rolex jeweler because the watch had started to lose time and stop over night. Several days later I received a call from the jeweler quoting a price in excess of $1200 to “overhaul” the watch. When I questioned the price, I was told that the price was “all inclusive” including replacement of several components whether or not replacement was warranted! That approach was unacceptable to me and took back my watch and began a search of reputable, qualified Rolex watch repair facilities.

I was very fortunate to find your web site. I called you and was immediately impressed by your knowledge and approach to customer service. I took a chance and sent you my watch. You got back with me shortly with an estimate of approximately on half of the local dealer.

My trust was well rewarded! The watch was repaired within the specified time and the watch once again looks brand new and works the way a Rolex should! I definitely will use your services when my Rolex needs service.

Nice repair of my vintage Omega Seamaster (circa 1974). Tried to find discontinued parts for me as well. Courteous and nice to deal with.

I sent my 2000 Omega Seamaster Automatic to WatchRepair.net for cleaning and repair. It was the first time I’ve used an Internet based company for this purpose. Their costs appeared reasonable.

Jeff and his staff were friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about Omegas and really most watches of this class in general.

I appreciate the time and attention he gave to my watch – the ease of shipping – the repair updates he provided – and I received my watch back yesterday and it looks terrific. Thanks Jeff!

My Breitling which is 13 years old had been back to the manufacturer twice in the past for service but it never worked as good as new. I sent it to Watchrepair.net when it began losing time and no longer wound automatically even on an electric winder. It was returned to me looking brand new and in the two weeks since its return it has been running better than it was when it was brand new. If I didn’t know betterI would swear it’s quartz not an automatic self winding. Great job and I would not hesitate to use Jeff and his team again.

Jeff,

I am very delinquent in my thanks to you and your awesome company. For your testimonial page: People, put your mind at ease and call Jeff! This is the real thing. For me, my Submariner was 15 years old and never serviced. Some bad scratches and very inaccurate. I received an expert initial estimate over the phone from Jeff. Shipping was safe, secure, and fast. Jeff keeps you informed of where your watch is at in the repair process. If things are broken, guess what – it will cost a little more. Still – superior workmanship, shiny like-new watch, accurate, less expensive, faster service, very secure, and Jeff keeps you in the loop. I would highly recommend WatchRepair.net and Jeff to my closest friends and family. CALL JEFF!

Thanks again.

As with any service done "long distance" you take a leap of faith when trusting someone with a sentimental item like a watch. I’m glad I did take the leap of faith and send my Tag Heuer watch to WatchRepair.net. It was easy to arrange and the watch (no longer serviced by Tag factory) was restored to like new condition. I mean like new condition. My son who thinks of himself as a future watch collector was convinced the watch was not my original but a new watch. He is now looking for a used watch so he can send it for restoration by your shop. Thanks again, Greg Z.

I was very pleased with the repair and reconnditioning of my 1946 Breitling. This 64 year old watch, which had not been used for several years due to a broken main spring, looks and runs as good as new. You did a great job and I am confident that you will do equally well repairing my Seiko Lassale that I send you in the meantime.

Jeff,
I can’t thank you enough for doing an overhaul and repair of my husband’s treasured Breitling watch. As you might recall, I contacted you around the 8th of December to inquire about getting it done in time for a Christmas surprise. Not only did you do an amazing job, it arrived in time to wrap and place under the tree. My husband hadn’t even noticed it was gone and was so surprised. He couldn’t believe it was the same watch. You did an amazing job!!!! I can’t thank you enough!!!

After doing an extensive search online for firms that clean and repair Rolex watches, I decided to contact WatchRepair.net to discuss my watch. I was quite impressed with the way Jeff handled himself. He didn’t try to run down other companies, he just told me about his operation. I decided to send my watch to him. Once it arrived and was checked out, Jeff contacted me to discuss what needed to be done. I agreed to the cost and was told it would take approx. four weeks. I was pleasantly suprised when I received notification that the work on my watch had been completed and it was on the way back to me. The whole process took less than 3 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Watch Repair.net and in fact have done so to friends of ours.
