An Omega chronometer is not a watch. It is a finely engineered time piece. I have three that range from 20 to 50 years of age. Eventually all watches need maintenance to continue to operate properly. Only a certified watch repair technician has the skill to maintain and service these finely micro-engineered mechanisms. There is […]

Excellent service from start to finish. WatchRepair.net took great care of my dead Omega Constellation Chronograph (Double Eagle). They helped me out with a unique situation. The watch they returned looked just as good as the day I bought it back in 2000. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

I’ve worn my Omega nearly everyday for the past 50+ years. To say it gets a beating would be an understatement. Several years ago I learned about WatchRepair.net after years of taking my watch to a local jeweler for “cleaning”. I decided to try WatchRepair and sent them my Omega. Jeff Herman contacted me after […]

I have an OMEGA Seamaster Professional that needed some work (running slow) I tried a local watch repair, but after 3 attempts to repair it, it just did not work. They returned my payment. I then checked the computer for OMEGA REPAIR CENTERS, one of which was WatchRepair.net, after reading the testimonials and some research, […]

My father bought his Omega Constellation in 1962. He wore it continuously as he served in the U.S. Army through retirement, then as he served as pastor of his local church until he retired from that. His Omega saw the Korean war, Cold War Berlin, Germany and many more climates around the world. By the […]

Contacted a number of specialty watch repair facilities both local and via the web…after chatting with Jeff via phone I sent my pre-moon Omega Speedmaster Professional to WatchRepair.net for repair, a complete overhaul and tune up…was not disappointed…the watch was wound too tight and dormant for over 40 years with a broken band…Jeff’s timeline was […]

I purchased my Omega Planet Ocean 40mm off the “Gray Market”, I did my research but shortly after the return period the watch was out of specs and gaining @ 16 spd. I contacted WatchRepair.net, who did a fantastic job on my Breitling. They listened to my issues, and I sent it in. WatchRepair.net did […]

A couple of months ago after reading the many great testimonials on this website, I gained confidence in sending my watch away to another state. Because my service experience exceeded my expectations, I am happy to add my words. Marc and his team are fantastic and he will get my repeat business. Thank you Marc […]

I found Marc online and was a bit skeptical. I reviewed everything on the website and called him up. He seemed knowledgeable and I decided to give him a try. I received exactly what was promised. My watch was returned looking in amazing condition considering it had 20 years of abuse on it. I couldn’t […]
