Bright Light of Hope

Counting down the last challenging moments of 2020, we join the world in looking forward to a brighter light on the horizon – the hope for a much better year in 2021. So, Happy New Year! From all of here us at WatchRepair.net, we wish you the best as you move from year-end reflection to new-year action.

We all were forced to endure so much in 2020 as COVID-19 fundamentally changed most every aspect of our lives, both personally and professionally. That aside, I want to humbly report that there was at least one “silver lining” at WatchRepair.net – in the form of an outstanding customer-service enhancement that’s already benefitting you, our valued customer.

Now when you ship us your cherished timepiece for fine-tuning, overhaul, or repair, you’re getting a double jolt of confidence that your watch will arrive safely and swiftly at our facility.

Setting the Stage

As you know, for years we’ve excelled in protecting the customer’s valuable timepiece during shipping by utilizing our tamperproof and impact-resistant Pelican WatchRepairPack container. But in 2020, due to pressures put upon express delivery providers UPS and FedEx, we added an all-new layer of protection – a high-tech GPS tracking device placed inside that secure shipping box going to and from our customers.

The moment your watch shipment is accepted by the shipping service, the sophisticated tracker inside will allow you to monitor the progress of its journey. Frankly, we believe that it’s transformed the WatchRepair.net experience and is allowing us to stand more firmly behind our product and service than ever before.

True Story

This past summer, one customer secured his valuable timepiece inside the WatchRepairPack and sent it for service via overnight express. So, he was both surprised and worried to see the shipment was clearly going astray.

Bottom line? It was “lost” by the delivery service. But with our GPS device inside his package, he was able to pull up the tracker app and see exactly where his container was. It was in that delivery service’s own warehouse!

Presto, the container was retrieved and delivered safely to us – a prime example of how WatchRepair.net’s new GPS tracker service is building trust in our already stellar shipping process. It has proven to be a truly amazing “silver-lining” moment in an otherwise challenging year.

Resolution Time

As we look forward with renewed hope to 2021, it’s a great time to make good on your New Year’s resolutions for the coming year. Anything you’ve been putting off? Take action to fulfill those goals, so you can make every second count in the New Year.

Here are a few great ideas! Why not buy your spouse or special someone an attractive luxury timepiece such as a Rolex, Omega, Cartier, or Breitling to celebrate your relationship?

You could also talk to WatchRepair.net about expertly restoring your great grandfather’s heirloom pocket watch as your tribute to someone who’s passed but was so special in your life.

And while we’re talking “resolutions,” perhaps you could pledge to start the year on time – by assuring you won’t run late. If your mechanical watch is running more than one to two minutes fast or slow, it may be time for an overhaul. Whether it’s a Panerai, Rolex or Tag Heuer or another ultra-luxury brand, we’re here to help you get back on time.

What’s involved? We’ll completely disassemble your watch, clean and oil all moving parts using state-of-the-art equipment and specialized cleaning solvents, and reassemble it. Then, we’ll thoroughly test the watch over a 72-hour period, ensuring accuracy, water resistance, and proper functionality.

If desired, we’ll also expertly repair, restore, or replace your mechanical watch’s parts including the bezel, crystal, watch dial, or watch hands. We’ll even tend to that loose and “droopy” bracelet.

So, why not start the new year off right? Protect your investment to assure your luxury timepiece looks great, keeps ticking – and stays on time.

Happy New Year

We look forward to providing you with great service and products in 2021. With several COVID-19 vaccines now on the way, a better year is on the horizon.

From my family to yours, and from all of us at WatchRepair.net, Happy New Year!

Pelican WatchRepairPack:

I found WatchRepair.net on the web and decided to give them a call. After a brief conservation with Marc and scrolling through their testimonials, I decided that this was the route to go. They promptly sent me a Pelican case specifically designed for watches. The entire process was easy to follow and highly secure. Jeff and Marc could not have done better job communicating the status of the repair, which was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a repair on a high-end watch.
