At WatchRepair.net, we understand the deep sentimental and financial value of your timepiece. That’s why we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 12-month warranty, ensuring your watch continues to perform at its best after servicing.
Every watch that undergoes a complete overhaul or receives a new movement component is covered under our 12-month warranty for:
✅ Precision timekeeping and mechanical functionality
✅ Repairs or replacement of any defective parts used during servicing
✅ Correction of any service-related issues, at our discretion
We take great care in servicing your watch, and in the rare event of an issue, we are committed to making it right.
While we take every measure to ensure the longevity of your watch, certain conditions fall outside our warranty coverage:
❌ Normal wear and tear from everyday use
❌ Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or misuse
❌ Issues unrelated to the service performed
❌ Battery replacements, cases, straps, bracelets, or crystals (unless we replaced them)
❌ Return shipping costs
Additionally, the warranty will be void if:
🚫 The watch has been tampered with after servicing
🚫 There is evidence of rust, impact damage, or mishandling
🚫 Water damage occurs, and we are not notified within 24 hours of condensation or fogging appearing inside the watch
Important Reminder: Most vintage watches should NOT be considered water-resistant. If you notice any signs of moisture inside your watch, please notify us immediately.
If you experience an issue covered under our warranty, please contact us as soon as possible. Click on “Claim Warranty”, fill out the form with your Job Ticket Number, and one of our team members will reach out to you to guide you through the next steps.
