Contacted a number of specialty watch repair facilities both local and via the web…after chatting with Jeff via phone I sent my pre-moon Omega Speedmaster Professional to WatchRepair.net for repair, a complete overhaul and tune up…was not disappointed…the watch was wound too tight and dormant for over 40 years with a broken band…Jeff’s timeline was spot on…the repair, overhaul, and tune up was exemplary…unfortunately, the band could not be saved, parts only…a new Omega band was installed…the watch turned out fantastic…I would strongly recommend Jeff and WatchRepair.net for any specialty watch needs you might have…thanks again Jeff and crew…

I found watchrepair.net on line, I was a little hesitant to send my Rolex off to them until I read what people had to say about them, and now I am so glad that I entrusted the care of my Rolex to them. They did a fantastic job, my watch came back earlier than I expected and the 1985 Rolex looks like brand new and runs great. Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service. I will be sending my Tag Heuer in when service is needed.

I purchased my Omega Planet Ocean 40mm off the “Gray Market”, I did my research but shortly after the return period the watch was out of specs and gaining @ 16 spd. I contacted WatchRepair.net, who did a fantastic job on my Breitling. They listened to my issues, and I sent it in. WatchRepair.net did all the leg work and per Omega the watch needed to be sent back to Switzerland due to certain parts only being available there. Bottom line: Great customer service and I was constantly informed on the status. I received the watch back and I have had it on my wrist for the past week. It is functioning perfectly and well within Omega’s specs. I am greatly pleased. It looks and runs like a watch of this caliber should. I would never hesitate to recommend WatchRepair.net to anyone. I wish other companies demonstrated the level of professionalism, customer service and I especially appreciated the sense of humor offered which made the whole process worthwhile!

A couple of months ago after reading the many great testimonials on this website, I gained confidence in sending my watch away to another state. Because my service experience exceeded my expectations, I am happy to add my words. Marc and his team are fantastic and he will get my repeat business. Thank you Marc and WatchRepair.net!
