May, 2020My Ladies' Presidential Rolex is by far the most valuable piece of jewelry that I own. It is my go-to item to wear to important business meetings, social events and any place that I need to "dress to impress." After living in Dallas, Texas for 31 years, I recently moved back to Lubbock, Texas to be near my family.
Shortly after moving, I took out my watch, and it wouldn't wind. Imagine my surprise to find that there was not a single watch repair service in Lubbock that had anyone qualified to repair a Rolex.
I discovered WatchRepair.net on the Internet. I was SO wary of sending my watch to some online company. But, I decided to check them out with the Better Business Bureau. There I discovered that they had an A+ rating and no unresolved complaints. I decided to request a quote from them and received a shipping box that appeared to be indestructible. In addition, I received several pages of testimonials from highly satisfied customers. Still, I was afraid to ship my watch across the country to a company that I discovered online. After all, the testimonials could be fake.
So, I did the unthinkable--I actually called several of the people who left testimonials. To my surprise, they were real. These satisfied customers were all too happy to share the good experience that they had with WatchRepair.net. So, I took the plunge and shipped my watch to them.
I received the watch back in less time than they had told me it would take to overhaul and repair it. It looks brand new and it is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a valuable watch that needs cleaning and / or repair.
