May, 2020Great service, good communication, and fairly quick turnaround. I was hesitant to have my Omega serviced through the mail but these guys made it safe and painless. Highly recommend them and will use them for future needs.

May, 2020I recently sent my Omega Seamaster Professional to Marc and the staff at WatchRepair.net. They were professional, forthcoming and kept me informed about the status of my watch. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the price they quoted me. This was a very good experience and I'd definitely use them again.

May, 2020To Jeff & Team: I have had my Omega Seamaster DeVille since 1970 and have worn it daily. Over the years, I would have it serviced at authorized Omega dealers until several years ago when it became difficult to find one. Looking on the internet I came across WatchRepair.net and after reading several reviews I called Jeff. He told me about the Master Watch Repair personnel on staff, how they secure the transport of watches to & from clients, and how their process worked. I decided to give WatchRepair.net a try and I couldn’t be happier that I did. My watch came back looking like new and more importantly it worked exceptionally well. Fast forward to the present and after several more years of hard wear (I wear it golfing, at the gym, and everything else I do) it was losing time, the stem pulled out when I tried to change the date, and overall pretty banged up. I contacted Jeff and explained the situation and arranged to ship my watch to him. Jeff called me back several days later after they had an opportunity to assess my watch’s condition. I was given a detailed explanation of what was needed and the attendant cost. My decision was to proceed with the repairs. Today, my repaired watch was returned to me and when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised to see what looked like a “new” watch. The watch case had been polished and all the niches & scratches were removed and a new crystal capped off the new appearance. Operationally, the watch appears to running perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I may start treating my watch better as it and I are getting a bit older but I know I’ll always have WatchRepair.net available should the need arise. A big Thank You to Jeff and his team for making the process easy and seamless.

May, 2020At first I was hesitant to send my Omega Seamaster watch to anyone from online but after seeing all the positive reviews and the professionalism of Jeff and the WatchRepair.com crew I was sold. The shipping method was absolutely secure in every regard as was the return today. The watch looks and runs great. Looks like new actually and since I've worn it daily for the past 19 years that's quite a statement to make but it's true. Thanks Jeff and crew for a job well done. John A

May, 2020From the very first contact with Jeff and Marc the service was impeccable. Their process was explained to me in detail and any questions I had were answered professionally. My Baume and Mercier was shipped to them with a missing crown and stem and needing an overhaul. Shipping was quick and easy, and the level of detail even in shipping was confidence inspiring. I was contacted by Marc to give me a costing on repairing my watch with a detailed explanation of time frames. The turn around time was so much quicker than I anticipated especially in the uncertain COVID era. This is really a case of over delivering! I was contacted by Jeff and Marc to let me know my watch was ready and to confirm my return shipping address. My Baume and Mercier looks amazing and runs as smooth as silk. I can highly recommend the service and quality, and I plan to have my entire collection of luxury watches serviced by WatchRepair.net as they come due for servicing.

May, 2020My Ladies' Presidential Rolex is by far the most valuable piece of jewelry that I own. It is my go-to item to wear to important business meetings, social events and any place that I need to "dress to impress." After living in Dallas, Texas for 31 years, I recently moved back to Lubbock, Texas to be near my family. Shortly after moving, I took out my watch, and it wouldn't wind. Imagine my surprise to find that there was not a single watch repair service in Lubbock that had anyone qualified to repair a Rolex. I discovered WatchRepair.net on the Internet. I was SO wary of sending my watch to some online company. But, I decided to check them out with the Better Business Bureau. There I discovered that they had an A+ rating and no unresolved complaints. I decided to request a quote from them and received a shipping box that appeared to be indestructible. In addition, I received several pages of testimonials from highly satisfied customers. Still, I was afraid to ship my watch across the country to a company that I discovered online. After all, the testimonials could be fake. So, I did the unthinkable--I actually called several of the people who left testimonials. To my surprise, they were real. These satisfied customers were all too happy to share the good experience that they had with WatchRepair.net. So, I took the plunge and shipped my watch to them. I received the watch back in less time than they had told me it would take to overhaul and repair it. It looks brand new and it is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a valuable watch that needs cleaning and / or repair. Another satisfied customer, Rebecca Coomer (214) 755-6557

May, 2020The quality and professionalism of Watch Repair website convinced me to trust them with one of my prized possessions. This Rolex was a gift from my first husband but when I remarried I put the watch away for what turned out to be 25 years. After the passing of my second husband I decided I needed to be reintroduced to this lovely piece which I have done with the able care of Watch Repair. I never had a doubt that this was the right thing to do and it was.

May, 2020I have been a customer of WatchRepair for many years. Ever since I have been a customer, they have treated me with the best customer service I have ever had. They have always honored their warranty. They have always handled secure shipping. I have never had any complaints. Their last repair for me was very difficult and my watch is working perfectly. I feel toward Marc Imberman like close family. I will never look for another business to do my watch maintenance/repair. They are the best, John Irwin

May, 2020I bought my Rolex in 1990. I must confess that I did not take very good care of it. Never taking it off when working in my shop. In 2018 while in Florida I notice water in the crystal. After a few months the watch stopped. I was tolded that rust would set in and would ruin the watch. I sent it to Watch repair and when it came back, I though it was a new watch. It looked brand new. I wore it almost 30 years, and now I hope my son will wear it another 30 years. Thank you for the great job.
