I sent my Rolex Sub SS in to WatchRepair. net and they communicated very well with me through the entire process. While it was very hard for me to take this watch off my wrist, I knew it was time for some much needed cleaning and maintenance. The pelican case arrived pretty quickly and I packed the watch as instructed. The tracking feature was nice for “piece of mind” to know it was enroute back to WatchRepair.net while I followed its delivery path back to Florida.
