I purchased my Omega Seamaster 25 years ago and had it serviced by Omega 17 years ago. I stopped using it and began my odyssey with an iPhone. When I went to rekindle favor for my Omega, it simply stopped working. I searched for a watchmaker with Omega experience, and I found Jeff Herman at WatchRepair.net. How lucky am I. He and his team are certified watchmakers and possess expertise with a wide range of high-end time pieces. These folks went to great lengths to care for the security and safety of my watch from the moment it left my possession to the moment it returned in my hands five weeks later. The watch was incased in durable packing to protect it while in transit both ways and dual tracking methods to let me know where it was at any time. It was well insured too. It looks good as new after a complete overhaul and is keeping precise time for just over an hour now. I have confidence it will be fine knowing Jeff with stand behind his twelve-month warranty. Simply put, these guys are good! You need not look further. I urge you to peruse their web site and speak with Jeff directly. You will be as happy as I am you did so.

There is always some trepidation when sending an expensive watch to a business for repair you do not know. But I did a great deal of due-diligence and I can say without any hesitation the results exceeded their solid reputation. They restored life into a 60 year old relic. They protected me at every corner of the process. It was not cheap, but worth every cent. They are trustworthy and professional. Amen

Watch Repair conducted our repair with respect, doing exactly what they said they were going to do and kept continues communication. Upon arrival of the watch, my wife could not believe how well it looked, to quote her “it looks new”. With the new face and hands and other items, I agreed with her comment 100%. Bottom line, thanks to all. I’ve informed my son if and when the “GMT” needs repairs he knows where to send it. Ken C

I have an Omega Seamaster Professional. The age of the watch is 25 years old. It had never been serviced. The bracelet was falling apart and the clasp was shot. The watch was running slow before the bracelet broke. I saw some great reviews for Jeff and Marc. The watch was fixed with all OEM Omega parts including the bracelet and clasp. The watch got quite a few parts that it needed after 25 years of service. I have to tell you. It’s perfect. The watch is running great. I did my research and would certainly recommend Jeff and Marc. Don’t be nervous they take the worry out of the repair. They use GPS tracking devices and a Pelican case. You don’t get that type of service from a Swiss OEM. Thanks, Scott

After reading about the reviews of WatchRepair.net, I decided to have my Omega Seamaster repaired and brought up to speed. I was impressed with the care taken upon shipping and receiving the watch. The communication was also wonderful the whole way through. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend your services.
