This is the second Omega of mine that WatchRepair.net has serviced for me and just like the first one, they hit it out of the park. Communication, packaging and shipping are top notch as is the workmanship and skill. I would not hesitate to use or recommend WR.net in the future.

They repaired my Omega Planet Ocean after it stopped working from dropping it. Watch had never been serviced before in the 15 plus years I’ve had it. It had wear and tear scratches on the watch band and crystal. It came back looking like new again. Scratches all buffed out and running like a champ. Everyone there was great to work with. Definitely would recommend them.

Although I never do testimonials, I am making an exception regarding my uncommon experience with Watchrepair. I had no previous experience nor previous knowledge of this premium watch repair company. And having 46 years in business, so I’m somewhat hesitant to venture into a relationship with an unknown service company. Well, to my absolute delight, I hit the jackpot in regards to selecting the Watchrepair company. From the very first to the very end of my Rolex restoration I was amazed and extremely satisfied at the attention to detail Watchrepair demonstrated. And when my Rolex was returned to me, its physical appearance and its working mechanism are truly wonderful. And the cost with the Watchrepair Co. was extremely consumer friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a premium timepiece restoration or repair of a non working timepiece with remarkable precision at a very reasonable price. My experience with this company is nothing short of exceptional!

This was the first time we had our 10 year old His & Hers Rolex DateJust watches maintained. We did lots of research on the process and alternatives of factory service center verses independent shops. After narrowing down the options, we also checked the Rolex Owners Forum and multiple reference sources before making the decision on Watch Repair.net. I talked with Jeff, the President, who walked me thru the entire process from shipping, estimate, maintenance and repair with factory parts and warranty. We made our decision and everything went exactly as Jeff had promised, in fact repairs quoted as normally 3 to 4 weeks after approval of the detailed estimate, only took 2 weeks, which made my wife very happy. My wife’s watch could be described as gently worn and the exterior was often cleaned, so to me, it looked like new when we sent it. However, my watch had a tougher life because I seldom took it off.. I rode a Harley to work rain or shine, an hour each way. I did lots of work around the house including planting landscape plants, mulching, tree pruning, automotive and motorcycle maintenance, various home repairs, usually with my watch on. It was really in pretty bad shape with lots of scratches, wear marks, especially on the band and grit. We were very pleased with the like new appearance of my watch when it returned. The craftsman did an excellent job on returning the finish of the case, crystal and band to “like new”. Even the major wear marks inside the band we’re gone. We will definitely use WatchRepair.net for any future repairs or maintenance for our Rolex watches and recommend them to others.
