I was looking for a reputable authorized Rolex repair company to overhaul my Rolex Submariner. WatchRepair.net with Jeff at the helm was a perfect fit. All it took was one call to Jeff to convince me his company was the going to care for my prized watch and give it the professional overhaul that it deserved. Jeff listened to my concerns and returned the watch to me in beautiful working order. He also took care of my wife’s watch with equal care. Jeff is the real deal and a great find. Highly recommend!

Another outstanding job. Problem with a pusher on a Zenith Daytona. Not the first time that I’ve sent expensive pieces to them. Turn around time is incredibly fast and the level of professionalism is a solid ten out of ten. Highly recommended for quality, speed of service and price.

I must admit, I was a bit skeptical mailing my favorite watch across to country to an unknown person I found on the internet. After a number of email and phone conversation, I was comfortable enough to give it a shot. Jeff and his team were very professional and did a great job overhauling my watch. Just got it back (with a GPS tracker provided by them both ways), and I couldn’t be happier. And it was a great value! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future! Thanks Jeff.

My 20 year old Submariner quit running and I had to find a qualified repair location. I contacted the dealer where we purchased the watch and they informed me that it would be several months before I could expect the watch to be repaired. I did some additional research and discovered WatchRepair.net. From the very first communication through the final delivery they were outstanding in communicating and organizing the shipping process. My watch was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this outfit to anyone with a high end watch that needs to be repaired!
