When my 55-year old Rolex HS graduation present decided it needed a spa treatment, I looked online for the best service I could find. WatchRepair.net filled the bill. I watched a video of one of their techs taking a watch apart, cleaning it, and putting it back together. As a technical writer, I appreciate clear communications, and their descriptions of what they did and how they did it was impressive, but not as much as the testimonials from customers. And their focus on security is outstanding. The reality met and exceeded my already high expectations. I was given a list of needed repairs, and a time line, for how long it would take. I got my watch back yesterday – on time and looking like new again. Thank you so much, Marc. You did a superb job.

The self winding feature of my 60 year old Rolex had stopped working, it was difficult to wind and it frequently gained time. Repair attempts by locals failed so I decided to try WatchRepair.net based on testimonials. The repair work was quite expensive but the watch is now back on my wrist and is working like it was new. The 1 year warranty will give me plenty of time to find out if the repairs continue to be effective

Jeff and Marc at WatchRepair.net did an absolutely amazing job in giving my 2009 Datejust a long needed maintenance and repair. Their processes of communication from the moment you first make inquiry, until the moment you are enjoying your watch back are fantastic. You can track your watch on the way to them and back, and Marc kept me appaised of the status of my watch regularly. In the end, I got the watch back yesterday, and it looks and runs as if it was brand new! Thank you very much, WatchRepair.net! Andy
