I sent my Rolex Datejust (16030) for a complete overhaul with crystal replacement. Jeff and his crew were very communicative and even though the refurbishment took longer than expected the finished work was absolutely excellent. I would not hesitate to send a watch to WatchRepair.net and in fact will be sending a Day-Date in the near future!

No one wants their watch, just returned from service, to need a warranty repair, but it happens sometimes. As long as humans interact with precision devices of any kind it always will. As it did with my Omega Speedmaster Pre-Moon Watch. Although the watch looked great and kept perfect time after it was serviced the chronograph function didn’t quite work as it should. I contacted Watch Repair.net by email and explained the problem. The next morning I received a phone call from Marc Imberman in which we discussed the problem and how best to get my watch back to them for repair. Watch Repair received my watch on April 3, 2023 and it was shipped back to me on April 13. I received it on the 17th and it runs perfectly now. Absolutely no problems with any chronograph function. Bottom line is Watch Repair. net stands 100% behind their work. If a warranty repair is needed they will do it as promptly and professionally as possible. I will continue to use their services whenever i need repairs or service on my Omega watches.

In 1947, my father purchased his Rolex Bubbleback and then wore it constantly, as a professional forester and as I grew up. Eventually he put it aside and I inherited it upon his death. The watch needed service and I wanted assurance that this heirloom would be properly cared for. After reviewing other testimonials, I decided to trust WatchRepair.net and it was an excellent decision. The shipping, the communication, the service exceeded my expectations. All work was beautifully done and I am looking forward to wearing and enjoying this Rolex for years to come.
