The team has done an excellent job on repairing omega sea master gen 1 watch. Since few parts were difficult and took longer to procure, they have kept us updated on the progress and reasons. There was a slight additional cost difference upon starting the repair from the initial estimate and they have not billed for the same.Highly recommend them for their excellent professional service and interaction. Love their packing and tracking device ingenuity as well.

Marc, Thank you for helping me through this repair. The old Seamaster is working like new. It is hard to believe, but I am wearing the proof right now. I will not let those little scoundrels get close to my watch again. Looks better than new! Next time you see it will be in four or five years for the $399 tune up, not a complete rebuild!
