This was a wonderful experience. They did a beautiful job on my watch at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. I plan to get my wife’s watch overhauled also in a couple of years. Thank you for your secure, careful work.

In 1947, my father purchased his Rolex Bubbleback and then wore it constantly, as a professional forester and as I grew up. Eventually he put it aside and I inherited it upon his death. The watch needed service and I wanted assurance that this heirloom would be properly cared for. After reviewing other testimonials, I decided to trust WatchRepair.net and it was an excellent decision. The shipping, the communication, the service exceeded my expectations. All work was beautifully done and I am looking forward to wearing and enjoying this Rolex for years to come.

My thanks to Jeff, Marc, and the staff at WatchRepair. I purchased my Heuer Monza in the late 70s. 20 years ago after a little rough treatment and dropping the watch on a hard surface the watch stopped working. Periodically I would search for repair facilities with no avail until last year WatchRepair showed up on my search. I was impressed with the personal attention received during the repair process. Text messages, emails, and phone calls were responded to quickly and professionally. Feels good to have the watch and proper strap back on my wrist. I highly recommend WatchRepair.net.

My “Tag” has been with me during several extremely happy times, as well as many sad times. My friends and family know the watch, and have enjoyed it as part of me. I hesitated to have it serviced and repaired, because it means so much to me. Your team understood my concerns and made every effort to make this experience a pleasant one. I thank you so much for taking such great care of this family heirloom. You did an amazing job. The watch is better than it was when new.
