The person that has been servicing my 1970 ROLEX GMT MASTER retired and I needed to find a new outlet for ongoing service. Locally all could find was places that would "send watch away" for service…I then looked on the internet and researched several companies that offer ROLEX servicing. WatchRepair web site was the very best in providing all sorts of information. I called and talked to Jeff and felt very comfortable with him and his explaination of how their repair process works, and the costs he quoted. You could say I decided to "take a chance" and was glad that I did. The process that Jeff explained to get watch to them, the review and call back to me to confirm what needed doing, prices etc. was very professional and prompt. I was kept informed by Jeff as needed and was advsied the watch was shipped right on schedule. When I opened the package the watch looked just like it did when I purchasd it in Switzerland in 1970.

I will definitely use your services again when my ROLEX needs service.

If you are reading this message you are considering sending your well above average time piece to watchrepair.net. Well, put your concerns to rest. Watchrepair.net is a first class operation. From my first interaction, all the way to the moment I received my watch and put it on. The staff at watchrepair.net treated as if I were they’re only customer. I was informed on what was happening every step of the way. Given a choice on how to proceed. After the repair was finished, watchrepair.net held onto my watch for an extra three weeks because I had left for vacation. I know polishing a watch isn’t the hardest task, but my watch looked as good as new. As you can imagine I know where to send my watches when they need a service.

I was very impressed with the communication by Jeff and his team. The service was great and every aspect was thoroughly explained. Most Rolex dealers do not service in house, but rather send the watches out for repair. Why not send it out yourself and save the comission your local dealer charges for acting as the middle man.

Rolex makes a good watch but their approach to servicing the product can be best described as arrogance bordering on incompetence.
Jeff’s alternate approach to watch repair was convenient, informative, straight forward and hassle free. My dirty, banged up 20 year old Oyster perpetual came back running and looking like new.
I was impressed and satisfied with the service.

I received my watch last week after Jeff serviced it. lt looked like a new watch and I have worn this watch daily since 1982. Every thing seems to be working perfectly and he even included a replacement part at no charge. We negotiated a fair price for the service when we talked on the phone prior to my sending the watch to him.

Recently I took my wife’s Rolex to a local Rolex jeweler because the watch had started to lose time and stop over night. Several days later I received a call from the jeweler quoting a price in excess of $1200 to “overhaul” the watch. When I questioned the price, I was told that the price was “all inclusive” including replacement of several components whether or not replacement was warranted! That approach was unacceptable to me and took back my watch and began a search of reputable, qualified Rolex watch repair facilities.

I was very fortunate to find your web site. I called you and was immediately impressed by your knowledge and approach to customer service. I took a chance and sent you my watch. You got back with me shortly with an estimate of approximately on half of the local dealer.

My trust was well rewarded! The watch was repaired within the specified time and the watch once again looks brand new and works the way a Rolex should! I definitely will use your services when my Rolex needs service.
