I give this business a two thumbs up and 5 stars (out of 5). I have used them twice. The first time without a problem. The second time I had a issue and they fixed it (under the warranty period) without an issue. I have spoken to the owner numerous times and he has always been gracious and understanding. I will continue to use WatchRepair.net for the cleaning and repairs of my Rolex Submariner!!! Thank you Jeff!!

I want every owner of a prestige watch to be confident, comfortable and secure knowing that Watch Repair.net (WR) and, specifically Marc and Jeff are ethical professionals. and strive to ensure the standards are upheld. At first contact with WR I admit a sense of apprehension on delivering my 67 years old Rolex Oyster Perpetual; it was part of me in three wars. My suspensions were unfounded once I communicated with Jeff and Marc. My Rolex was repaired and overhauled exceeding my expectations at fair price and scheduled delivery.

It looks brand new, and the service was fantastic! Watch Repair, overhauled, and repaired my 43-year-old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Watch. Parts that needed replacing, if not still being manufactured by Rolex, were sourced as needed. The costs were reasonable, and less than with Rolex direct service. I was constantly informed of any status change and it took approximately three weeks. I highly recommend their service, I am totally pleased.

From ALaska and was worried shipping that far. It’s alot to trust someone you don’t know. Not only was the process completely transparent, shipping fast, great communication, but my watch looks amazing!!! Would recommend 5 star across the board, thanks guys!!!!

I was skeptical at first, but they did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said it would take for the quoted price. Very good service.

I recently sent a beautiful Breitling Super Avenger II to Mark and his team at Watchrepair.net I really didn’t know what to expect, but now that it’s all said and done I’m very pleased with how everything went. Communication, the cornerstone of any successful transaction, was exceptional. The pelican case and gps tracking device provided for shipment of the watch was well above my expectations. The final price ended up being a bit more than the original quote, but there were some components that needed replacement and more damage from water exposure than originally anticipated. I still thought it was a fair price for what needed to be done. I would not hesitate for a moment to use Mark and watchrepair.net again and would proudly recommend them to a family member or close friend.
