I found this company online and checked them out throughly. I was impressed with the security in sending and receiving my watch. They did a great job, my watch has never looked or run better

Marc and Jeff, I feel like I did the day I purchased my Rolex 30 years ago. It is beautiful. Your organization has true crafts people working on these watches. There is true talent behind the scene. As you know the band was so stretched and the crown was not functioning properly. I had received a quote for a new band from Rolex and what they pushed was for me to trade it in and buy a new watch. The price for just the band was four times the cost that you performed for a total rebuild. Did I say its beautiful. You made me feel at easy when we first talked about your professional operation and everything you said you followed through with. I can only praise this entire experience as highly professional and you and Jeff are down to earth men. Thank you very much and please pass on to your staff my thanks. Bob McLewee

Mark was always informative on what was going on with the process. Very professional and the work was excellent. My masters gmt II looks like new. I had it for 20 yrs and this was my first overhaul. Time piece looks beautiful and he had fixed a couple of issues with it. On top of that it was completed in the time frame that was given. Thank you Mark and watch repair.

I got my Speedmaster 11 years ago and had worn it almost every day. Naturally, it got scratches but it worked perfectly until some two months ago when the spring to wind it up broke. I reached out to watchrepair.net and felt in good hands right away. These guys love watches. Their shipping process and online tracking as well as response by email and phone is great. My watch traveled all the way to the west coast, because Jeff said this partner watchmaker is the best for this model. He did a great job indeed. I just got my baby back and it really looks stunning, just like new. Scratches are gone and of course it functions as it should. It took a little longer (6 weeks in fact) but I am totally happy with the result. Thank you…
