Marc and Jeff, I feel like I did the day I purchased my Rolex 30 years ago. It is beautiful. Your organization has true crafts people working on these watches. There is true talent behind the scene. As you know the band was so stretched and the crown was not functioning properly. I had received a quote for a new band from Rolex and what they pushed was for me to trade it in and buy a new watch. The price for just the band was four times the cost that you performed for a total rebuild. Did I say its beautiful. You made me feel at easy when we first talked about your professional operation and everything you said you followed through with.
