August, 2020I recently sent my 20 year old Breitling Super Ocean to Marc and Jeff at WatchRepair.net (the watch had never been serviced). The case was pretty scratched up, and the watch was loosing about 10 minutes a day.
They had sent a "vault" for me to send my watch to them for analysis. Within a week or so, they had called me and told me that the watch needed a couple of parts replaced (along with the cleaning/adjusting they do when servicing a watch). I had checked with Breitling on their service cost, and WatchRepair.net's cost was considerably less expensive. Not cheap by any means, but if you have an expensive watch, you don't want just anyone working on it.
Within a couple of weeks after the watch was diagnosed, I received it back, again very securely packed.
Certainly ok with the repair at this point (runs perfectly), but really impressed with the restoration of the watch case and band. Looks. Like. New.
I would certainly recommend to anyone that has an expensive or heirloom timepiece to consider this company for repair/restoration work.
