March, 2021WatchRepair.net took meticulous care of my Omega Consellation vintage watch and returned it to as new condition in a timely fashion. Their care in shipping valuable watches and their one year warranty is definitely a plus. I will rely on them for watch repair in the future.

March, 2021Jeff and his team have repaired and restored two watches for me - an Omega Seamaster and a Rolex Yacht Master. Both look like the day I bought them from the jeweler. I am a happy customer and will return when the need arises.

March, 2021I received my Rolex Explorer II back today from having an overhaul service performed as well as a couple of internal repairs. I knew something was wrong internally because of the noises the watch made when self winding. I decided to give WatchRepair.net a try after reading all of the good reviews and their detailed level of service offered. I was comfortable with them from shipping to the repair estimate to the returned product. My watch is 15 yo and was fairly scuffed. Today the watch I took out of the package looked new! They did a great job on polishing the watch. The repairs that needed to be made were reasonably priced and having a gps tracking device in the return shipping package was just icing on the cake. Jeff, Michelle and Marc communicated every step of the way and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. I will probably send my Tag over next. Thanks guys!

March, 2021My 30 year old Breitling was suffering from some age related issues that made it un-wearable. After a full overhaul by Jeff and the team at WatchRepair.net, my Brietling is back in the game. Wearing it now, feels like having an old friend back. The unique shipping methods inspired confidence in the security of my watch as it journeyed across the country, I highly recommend their services.

When the times comes to refresh it again, I will rely on Watchrepair.

March, 2021My Rolex Submariner needed an ovehaul and bezel insert after 15 years of everyday use. It is always on my wrist while ,fishing, golfing, walking, gardening, cutting wood, or doing other physical projects. One day I noticed that the bezel insert had gone missing. On the rare day that I didn't wear my watch, I also noticed that it would stop keeping time by the next morning. I decided to look on the web for a Rolex repair center. I read several companies reviews and was having a difficult time choosing one. After reading the reviews of WatchRepair.net I felt confident that I could trust them with my, 35th wedding anniversary gift from my wife. My call with Jeff Herman, instilled confidence in me ,that I was choosing the right company to repair my watch. The shipping materials came with a GPS tracker, that allowed me to see where it was at all times, on it's journed to Florida. I received an email from Marc on February 2, 2021 that he had recieved my watch. Jeff phoned me a couple of days later to discuss the repairs that were needed. Today, February 25, 2021, I received my watch. It took just over 3 weeks and I now have a brand new looking Submariner back on my wrist! Many thank's to everyone at WatchRepair.net for your great work. I've never experienced such a secure transaction like this with anyone else. I'll be sure to spread the word with my friends.

March, 2021Sent my day-date to get service. I knew the watch had issue when I added diamonds in the lugs of the watch. The jeweler told me that the bezel I had been glued one and did not past the pressure test. Didn’t think about it over the summer. Sent my day-date to watchrepair.net to get service. I thought it would be an easy service but it needed more work than expected. Jeff, told me the issue that the old glued on bezel was causing and how the watch needed a complete overhaul and a new bezel. He gave me a good deal on the new bezel with the assurance that it would have gaskets for pressure proof. It took three weeks but was well worth. I love the new bezel on the watch. I truly appreciate what watchrepair.net did to my watch. Highly recommend their services.

March, 2021I was lucky enough to find your company while looking out for a reputable watch repair company. I took my chance to have a ladies Omega de Ville that my late husband had gifted our daughter on her 18th birthday. She wore it and loved it for many years but it really needed a good once over. I am very happy to say that I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. From the careful way I was instructed to mail the watch and the even more careful way that the finished product arrived, carefully packed and monitored all the way to my doorstep, service could not have been better! It is now in perfect working condition and even guaranteed for the least of mishaps. I could not be any happier. I highly recommend using this company for any repairs to old and new treasures as the results will leave you completely delighted.

March, 2021I recently sent Marc and his team two Tag Heuer automatic watches with mechanical issues. The Link automatic with the Calibre 6 movement was running fast and needed a general overhaul. My other watch - a Carrera Chronograph with the complex Calibre 1887 39-jewel movement - had a broken balance wheel and wouldn't keep time at all.The process was straight forward for sending in the watches safely and insured. I've had high-end watches like this get 'lost' by FedEx in the past - happened in January in fact - but WatchRepair uses UPS and a GPS tracker for added security. After they received my watches, it took about a week to inspect and price the repairs. It then took a couple weeks to complete the work and mail them back.As for the service work, they essentially rebuilt the movements piece by piece, lubed everything, and replaced damaged parts. They also did a fabulous job of polishing the watch cases and bracelets back to like-new condition.I would definitely recommend WatchRepair to others, and will trust them with future work on my other watches.

February, 2021When my Rolex Explorer II stopped working I searched the internet for a watch repair facility. I contacted Jeff and explained my problem. Jeff had a god idea what was wrong - a broken main spring. I liked how you were able to track your shipment via GPS. I got my watch back in excellent condition and it's keeping time better than ever. I was so impressed with their workmanship I sent them my Rolex GMT-Master II for a long overdue tune-up. It, too, was returned in excellent condition.

February, 2021Again, Jeff and Company did another outstanding job on one of my watches. This time it was my Omega Bond Chronograph. My watch was in need of an over haul and case/bracelet refurbishment. Watch Repair did not let me down. The watch came back ahead of schedule and working/looking brand new. Thanks again to everyone involved. Julian

February, 2021I was hesitant in sending my Breitling Navitimer to someone I knew nothing about, but Jeff and Marc were very accommodating in explaining the process of repairing my watch. It’s hard to find this type of professionalism and I will definitely be using them again.
