As the battery in my precious Breitling Aviator watch started to fail, I once again went back to WatchRepair.net to have the battery replaced and any needed service performed. I do not trust this watch to just anyone, and I have been using WatchRepair.net for quite some time. My experience this time, as it has always been, was excellent. They sent me a very well-protected shipping box with a GPS device included. When I sent my watch to them, I could track its progress, in detail, via the enclosed GPS tracking device – that’s piece of mind. A new battery was installed, basic service was performed, and the watch was shipped back with a GPS tracker (which I sent back to them). Their quality of service and attention to customer service was wonderful. I will not only continue to use them in the future, but I encourage anyone with a precious high-end watch to give WatchRepair.net a try.

My father gifted me his 1978 Rolex GMT Master recently. The watch was in need of service so I researched my options. I happened upon WatchRepair.net during an online search. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to speak to Jeff the owner. He handled all of my concerns and questions with expertise. The process went exactly as he said it would. The watch was returned before the promised delivery date and it looks fantastic. I will not hesitate to use Jeff and his team for my next service!

I sent my Rolex in for repair and it came back as good as new. I’m a road builder and I have never been kind to this watch, I believe if you like it you should wear it. I paint, weld and jackhammer with this watch on. I’m glad I have a place to send it and that they do such wonderful work.
