Dear Sir: I received my 1980 Rolex Submariner back, and am happy with the results. Obviously, there were numerous options available to me, when I decided to have my watch checked out. There were local Jewelers, and I’m sure that they all have Competent, Professional Empoyees. I researched many; what made the difference to me (and influenced my decision) was the personal attention that I received in my initial conversation. In this age of Technology, when searching for information, one often encounters an element of cold, impersonal responses, from on-the-phone conversations. I was surprised to speak with a real person, who (not only) answered my questions, but took the time to explain the many technical aspects involved…mantainance, possible parts replacements, etc. Also, the very secure (and Insured) shipping arrangements helped close the deal. My Rolex means a great deal to me, and I worked very hard to earn it. You and your associates have gained my Trust today, and in the Future. Sincerely, Warren

I am so happy that I found WatchRepair.net.I sent in my, 63 year old, Omega Seamaster De Ville Automatic for it’s first service ever. With their expertise and expertise, returned it to me, looking like New, as it did when purchased at that jewelry store in Colon, Panama 63 years ago. Mr. Herman, and his staff of professionals, kept me informed of the progress at every step of the complete overhaul and service process. This is a company that I would entrust with all of my valuable and precious timepieces for future service.

I received my Rolex back yesterday, and it looks and works great. I must admit I had some concerns about entrusting this timepiece to someone I did not know, but these concerns were not warranted. From the beginning, their communications let me know this is a first class organization. The gps tracking device provides added assurance. You can trust the reviews on their website. No question about it, I will be using them again.

These folks were great! With their tracking device, I was always aware where my watch was as I sent it to them. I was fully informed during their evaluation and final completion and return. I’ve had my Submariner for about 35 years, and now it is working like Brand New! I would highly recommend them!
