Outstanding customer service, communication (with Jeff), and work! I sent in my Rolex Oyster Perpetual to have the crystal replaced. Since the watch was going to be open, I agreed to have additional regular manufacturer maintenance done. The quote, by WatchRepair.net, for the crystal work and recommended service was substantially less than the two brick-and-mortar watch shops in my area. My experience with WatchRepair.net was excellent, and I recommend this company for your watch repair/service. If sending your watch through the mail for repair is a concern of yours, it was for me too. However, you ship your watch insured, in a secure tough box with a GPS tracking unit both ways.

I sent Watch Repair my daughter’s Oyster Perpetual Rolex we had gotten her for her med school graduation. She had left the stem loose and water destroyed the inner workings.
