Kevin W Bradley

My deceased father received an Omega Constellation Electronic watch as a retirement gift in 1977. When he passed away, my mother gave me the watch and some years later, it stopped working. Omega had fixed it twice in subsequent years, but after that said to quit sending it to them. Another watch repair person wouldn’t even look at it, citing all the things that would make it impossible to repair. On a whim, I contacted WatchRepair.net and Marc Imberman was not only optimistic, but honest and enthusiastic. It wasn’t inexpensive, but he got the watch working, cleaned up, and even put a new band on it. I didn’t think opening the package and putting on this watch would be as emotional as it was, but it is a piece of my deceased father and Marc and team have allowed me to take this memory out of a drawer and back on my wrist. Thank you so much. You have a fan and customer for life.

I’m glad I sent my 1995 Omega Seamaster 300 in for a complete overhaul and service to WatchRepair.net. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. From the initial contact to completion, they kept me well informed and there were no surprises. If I need to service my other watches, I will definitely use their services again.

To send off my 17-year-old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch to a company I found while searching the Internet for a “tune-up and cleaning” was terrifying, to say the least. But the testimonials on WatchRepair.net were convincing (and now I could testify they are “spot-on”) so I leaped and couldn’t be more satisfied. OUTSTANDING results both cosmetically and mechanically. If I were to put my watch in its original box and seal it, it would pass as a Brand New 17-year-old Rolex. Thank you, Jeff, and your fantastic support team of professionals! Temecula, CA
