I would like to sincerely thank Watch Repair LLC and Mr. Imberman for the outstanding job they did in refurbishing my Navtimer. My wife gave me the watch for our 25th anniversary nearly 20 years ago. I an a retired Air Force pilot and vary attached to the watch and vary glad that firms such as Watch Repair LLC exist and returned the watch near new condition. Thank you for your work and I will not hesitate to use Watch Repair in the future.

The key to great service is communication. Watch repair. Net sets the bar very high. From my first call to them to the return of my watch I was kept informed of the process and status of my watch. The shipping and tracking of my watch made me very comfortable and confident dealing with watchrepair. The final product was a perfectly repaired and serviced watch. My next watch issue will be an easy choice, watchrepair.net.

The repairs were done as requested to my satisfaction. The parts that needed to be replaced as hoped. The watch now does not run several minutes a month fast which was very important to me. The communications were clear and thorough and useful. I would not hesitate to send any of my watches in for repair.

Based on testimonials from others, I opted to use WatchRepair.net to service/repair my 16 year old Submariner, which was losing time and had never been serviced. The entire process was seamless and very professional, from the moment I initially reached out for info. They sent me a pre-paid shipping “container,” which added to my comfort level due to its design. One received and evaluated, they sent me a repair estimate (reasonable), and followed up with a call to discuss. Once I approved the repairs, they had it back to me within 7-10 days, just before Christmas. The watch looks like new, and is working properly. Thank you for your attention to detail!
