To send off my 17-year-old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch to a company I found while searching the Internet for a “tune-up and cleaning” was terrifying, to say the least. But the testimonials on WatchRepair.net were convincing (and now I could testify they are “spot-on”) so I leaped and couldn’t be more satisfied. OUTSTANDING results both cosmetically and mechanically. If I were to put my watch in its original box and seal it, it would pass as a Brand New 17-year-old Rolex. Thank you, Jeff, and your fantastic support team of professionals! Temecula, CA

I just want to say that Jeff from watch repair.net is a very reputable person I live in Arizona and sent my watch to Florida to Jeff store. I had a good feeling about doing business with his company. I am very pleased. My watch was under warranty and it was running slow. I sent it back and they immediately fixed it and sent it right back. Cannot say enough about this company. Thank you Jeff Joe Alves.

My Rolex Submariner was in need of a tune-up. I considered several options to get this work done and landed on WatchRepair.net I did as much due diligence as I could and, Initially, I was hesitant to send my watch to people I had never met and an endless number of possible scams ran through my mind as I dropped the watch in the mail. However, the team at WatchRepair went out of their way to keep me appraised of the status of the shipping process, answered all of my questions and were very, very responsive as we both tracked the return of my watch via GPS and a series of environmental sensors in the extremely well packaged box. Finally, the end result was terrific…..the watch looks new even though it is 35 years old! I would not hesitate to heartily recommend WatchRepair.net for the servicing of high-end, legacy time pieces.
