I actually had the unique experience of having side-by-side services on two different watches. One here with WatchRepair.net and another with a factory warranty company for another one of my watches. My experience with WatchRepair was excellent. Their communication, package tracking, updates, and overall professionalism made me very comfortable sending my watch in for service. The watch came back in great condition and I will be happy to use their services again in the future. In contrast, my other watch service, not with WatchRepair, went horribly. They actually lost my watch and had to replace it completely. Needless to say, for any future service needs, I will go with WatchReoair rather than the warranty company that serviced my second watch.

My Father-in-law passed away in November of 2023 and his daughter, my wife, handed me a green box and said my Dad wanted you to have this! It was a Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch. I never would have imagined my Father -in-law would have owned a Rolex!!!
