I have a Rolex GMT Master 1675. It is a family heirloom handed down to me from by long deceased brother in law. A watch this valuable and worn quite frequently occasionally needs some TLC. The folks at WatchRepair.net are my trusted team to watch over my baby when it needs new parts or conditioning. They have a very safe & secure process for transporting the watch and a very skilled team of craftsman who know what they’re doing. Thanks again for a great update on my GMT. I’m already getting looks, even though it’s sitting on a $12 NATO band (Go Bond!!).

I came upon WatchRepair.net while looking for someone to service my 44 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, which I acquired in my travels while serving in the U.S. Navy. I was a bit worried about sending my watch to a Master Timekeeper that I found on the internet; however, after talking with members of the team, they assured me that I would receive unsurpassed service, safe shipping and return of my watch…and they delivered! They were professional, courteous and very helpful in walking me through the process. I received my watch after several weeks and was blown away when I opened the return package. It looked as good as it did 44 years ago. I am very pleased with their transparency in price and service. If needed, I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
