February, 2020My Panerai had cracked crystal with small broken piece of crystal inside the watch, and bezel was beat up due to wear and tear over the years. Didn’t want to send it to Panerai directly due to excessive approximate charge to get it fixed. Found WatchRepair.net online and was surprised about the repair cost quote, less than half the price of Panerai’s quote. To make a long story short, sent it WatchRepair.net and just received it back. Summation, watch came back “as new”! Brand new crystal, bezel’s scratches/gouges gone, and time is running accurate as ever! All my other Rolex watches are going to this business for repairs and services. Thanks WatchRepair.net! MC

February, 2020I couldn't be happier with the price, quality of repairs, and the outcome of the finished product. I sent in my Breitling that was very scratched and running more slowly every day. I received a detailed estimate via phone within days if shipping in their Pelican case, including a deep explanation of the parts that were worn. I'm not certain the watch they returned is even mine -- it looks brand new, winds smoothly, and the chronograph buttons are as crisp as the day it was purchased! I'll happily retain their services for all future repairs!!

February, 2020I own a 20+ year Omega Seamaster chronometer that needed service. No one locally had the expertise I was looking for. I scanned the internet and found Watch Repair.net. They did an outstanding job servicing my watch, i looks brand new and runs perfectly. They were great to deal with, very responsive; taking the time to answer all my questions and the turn around time was much faster than expected. You can trust them to do a fantastic job with your watch.

February, 2020I am extremely grateful to Jeff and his team for taking such great care of my omega seamaster. The entire process from start to end was absolutely effortless and efficient. The watch was returned like brand new and given the amount of work the invoice was reasonable. I would highly recommend Jeff and the team to provide excellent service and value! The best recommendation I can give, is that I would use them again, on any of my other watches! Many thanks.

January, 2020When my Father passed away I got his Omega Seamaster that he bought in Arabia when he worked there. The watch was at least 67 years old and had never been serviced. I contacted WatchRepair.net in November about the watch and ended up sending it to them to service because there was no place in Delaware that serviced Omega watches. I received the watch back today and it is working perfectly, I am so happy I took the chance with WatchRepair, I was a little concerned about sending it away to a company that I knew nothing about. However I’m glad I took the chance with them, when it needs to be serviced I will definitely send it back to WatchRepair.

January, 2020Jeff and everyone at Watch Repair went out of the way to make me happy, we had a issue with the watch when it came back to me, Jeff said to send it back and they ended up completely reworking my entire watch and it looks like the day I bought it. Thank you Jeff very much appreciated.

January, 2020I’ve had the submariner for ten years it broke about five months ago. Was trying to find someone who could repair my watch that was a reputable dealer. I found out that it would be an incredibly long time to have Rolex repair it. One day on the net I found this sight. I had never dealt with them before but after contacting them and then Jeffrey calling me back and talking with him I felt comfortable to to entrust him with my watch. Also read quite a few of the testimonials that they present on their website. I felt very comfortable sending it to them. The thing that impressed me the most was the turn around time on the repair which Jeff told me would be about a month and this was done around the recent holidays. Well he lived up to his word and my watch was back within that month. I was very impressed and please to have it back. Would highly recommend them to anyone with any expensive watch that needs a repair. Again very pleased with the results of the repair. Thank you again Jeff lehman

January, 2020Sent my Rolex Yacht Master to Jeff and Marc for servicing after 16 years and a custom dial change. Watch came back running perfectly and the sapphire/diamond MOP dial is beautiful. Will be sending my vintage Ulysse Nardin watch for servicing next. GREAT JOB!!

January, 2020My Panerai Luminor GMT and I were badly damaged in a motorcycle accident this past September. Only my broken ribs caused more pain and suffering than my Panerai's dislodged hands and severely scratched crystal and bezel. The damage to my watch was so bad, I had a better chance of a full recovery. Jeff and Watchrepair.net came through, however, and performed a miracle. My beloved Panerai has come back shiny and better than new. I could not be more happy or satisfied with Watchrepair.net.

January, 2020My wife's Ladies Rolex Perpetual Datejust was last serviced ten years ago was now in need of major repair after 36 years of daily use. I got a estimate from Rolex Service by going through a local dealer. Not only was the quoted price outrageously high, but they also insisted the aftermarket diamond bezel be replaced with the original and that a new bracelet be purchased. I found WatchRepair.net on the internet and after talking with Jeff, sent them the watch for an overhaul. I also upgraded the dial to a Oyster with diamonds and replaced the hands. The bracelet was rebuilt and refinished. The watch and bracelet look fabulous and like new, and is running accurately.

January, 2020I highly recommend WatchRepair.net. They did a great job on my Rolex, which had stopped running in 2009. It looks like its brand new. And I can't stress enough about their personal service. They kept me informed all the way though the process of repairing my watch, by phone calls and e-mails. I won't go anywhere else now to have my watches repaired.

December, 2019I sent my wife’s diamond and platinum Omega using the amazing padded shipping container they provided. They kept me informed about the watch status via email and telephone throughout the process. They performed a complete overhaul. I received the watch back about 4 weeks form sending it in like new condition. Very pleased……. Thanks.

December, 2019My wife inherited a vintage Rolex Air-King from her father that looked like it had been opened by a blacksmith with a chisel. It still ran (sort of), but was in absolutely awful condition. After pestering her for more than a year to let me get it restored and "feminized" so that she could wear it, she finally relented - with a couple of conditions: (1) she agreed to let me get the Masonic dial her father had put on the watch replaced as long as she could get that dial returned to her, and (2) she wanted his personal engraving on the back of the watch left intact. Jeff and Marc had previously restored an Omega Seamaster and a Rolex Datejust (which, no kidding, had been run over by a Cadillac Sedan deVille) for me, so I knew they could handle this job. Not only did they do a complete overhaul of the watch so that it now runs perfectly, they sourced a new dial and had it refinished in mother-of-pearl with diamonds set in gold. Then I threw a last minute curveball at them by asking them to replace the banged-up original C&I bracelet with a Rolex Oyster one. All conditions met, the watch is now absolutely stunning! More importantly, my wife is thrilled with it.

December, 2019My vintage Omega Seamaster just stopped working. I searched the internet, read testimonials, and made the decision to contact WatchRepair.net. Smart move! When is the last time you called ANY business and got a human on the second ring? My Seamaster looks great and works just fine. It was done and received in less time than quoted. Yes, the bill was noticeable. Worth it.

December, 2019This is the second time I have had my Breitling Superocean serviced at WatchRepair.net. The first time was almost 10 years ago. I was nervous the first time I sent my Breitling for service, as I had only spoken to Jeff once, and read many positive reviews about the quality of the business. As I dropped it off at FedEx that day, I thought maybe I was making a mistake entrusting my expensive (to me) watch, to someone I never met. My fears were quickly dispelled, by multiple calls, and emails keeping me up tp date on the status of the service. I got my watch back working and looking great. So it was a no brainer to send it back to WatchRepair.net recently for a second time when I was experiencing a problem with the crown and stem, which required a more involved service. Jeff and Marc kept me informed throughout each step, and always gave me a price, and got authorization from me before continuing with the service. I got my Breitling back, looking and running as good as new, and I am very happy. I feel the level of service, craftsmanship and price can not be matched by anyone else in the business. Finally, to anyone who is hesitant about sending your timepiece to them for service, don’t be. They are as professional as can be, will keep you informed every step of the way, and you will be very happy with the quality and price.
