I have a custom, skeletonized Daytona. It suddenly stopped working. The group that built the watch is no longer in business. The factory won’t touch it. I was fortunate enough to find WatchRepair.net. I sent my watch for repair and am pleased to have it back in working order and looking great. Jeff kept me apprised throughout the process. The watchmaker exhibited both incredible skill and patience in working on my watch and bringing it back to life. I would highly recommend Jeff and his entire team.

I’ve worn my Omega nearly everyday for the past 50+ years. To say it gets a beating would be an understatement. Several years ago I learned about WatchRepair.net after years of taking my watch to a local jeweler for “cleaning”. I decided to try WatchRepair and sent them my Omega. Jeff Herman contacted me after examining my watch to describe what he thought would be needed repairs in addition to “cleaning”. I gave him the go-ahead and a few weeks later I received my watch back. I was pleasantly surprised in that my watch not only worked great but also looked like new. In the intervening years I have had WatchRepair care for my Omega, with the most recent this past January 2024. It was running a couple minutes fast each day so I knew it was time for Jeff’s team to make needed repairs. I’ve had my watch back a couple weeks now and it is keeping perfect time and of course looks brand new. If you have an older watch, a valuable watch, an heirloom watch, etc. and it’s not working or keeping accurate time, I’d recommend you trust its care to WatchRepair and Jeff Herman’s team. With the secure method they use to transport your watch from and to you, you’ll have peace of mind that it is in good hands.

I am very happy with the work done on my watch. The only negative is that it seemed to take a little longer than I would have liked.

I have an OMEGA Seamaster Professional that needed some work (running slow) I tried a local watch repair, but after 3 attempts to repair it, it just did not work. They returned my payment. I then checked the computer for OMEGA REPAIR CENTERS, one of which was WatchRepair.net, after reading the testimonials and some research, I sent it to them after calling them for information. needless to say it was a very good decision. My watch is running great and lit looks great, when it needs service again, I know just where to go! THANK YOU!

WatchRepair.net was a godsend. I live in a small beach community – far from an authorized Breitling repair facility. I had it serviced once in Orlando ten years ago for more than WatchRepair charged this time. Five years ago I used a local, non-authorized service and the results were underwhelming. I now have my professional service who I recommend to everyone. Great business model, wonderful communication, and simply outstanding work. Well done Folks – you nailed it! Thank you.

Make sure to have your precision
time piece professionally serviced.
