A friend of mine told me about watch repair LLC. I did all the research I could do and right after I spoke to the members of the staff and then directly to Jeff Herman I decided to trust my wife’s princess Rolex to their care and Repair. It was an excellent choice !!! I am very happy with the results and the fact that I was kept updated all through the process. I will use this fine company again and strongly recommend them to my friends and my family.

I can’t tell you how nervous I was mailing my watch to a “stranger.” Now that I have received the watch back in “like-new” condition, I can tell you that the entire process was fantastic! The communication was exceptional, and the packaging and security features were top notch. Have no worries mailing your watch! This is a great company.

Great service. I recommend them highly. Their shipping methods are very secure and work was done on time and as quoted. The watch came back looking brand new — literally – and now keeps perfect time (it was losing 2 mintues/.day before). I’m very pleased and will happily use them again in a few years.
