3 easy steps to get your watch serviced:
- Take a minute to fill out our Watch Repair form with your contact information and a description of your watch. One of our Timekeepers will contact you with a repair estimate. Click Here to Get Started. (If you have already filled it out and would like to proceed, please just give us a call!)
- Once you have received an estimate, you can request your FREE UPS® Express WatchRepairPak® for you to safely ship your valuable time piece in for repair. Your WatchRepairPak® will arrive inside a large USPS Priority Mail Tyves mailer and will include instructions on how to package your watch for shipping. All packing supplies are included.
- This is absolutely the safest and the most convenient way to ship your watch in for repair!
Our routine overhaul includes the following:
- Complete DIsassembly of the watch. Completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and timed using state of the art equipment.
- Clean all moving parts with specialized cleaning solvents.
- Proper lubrication with only the highest grade lubricants and oils during the reassembly process.
- Replacement of seals and gaskets.
- Thorough testing of accuracy. Your watch is tested to our exacting standards over a period of 72 hours to assure accuracy, water resistance, and proper operation of all functionality.
- Additionally, we will also polish the case to remove any surface scratches.
Then simply drop it off any UPS® authorized shipping location at no charge, compliments of WatchRepair.net. It will alreay have a prepaid UPS® Express shipping label so all you will need to do is drop it off and ask for a receipt. We will contact you either by email or by phone to let you know that your watch has arrived safely.
Once our Master Timekeeper has had a chance to inspect your watch and diagnose the problem(s), we will contact you to confirm the estimate. (There is never a charge for the estimate. WatchRepair.net will ship you back your watch. (Return shipping cost: $29.95, plus $8.00 per thousand for insurance)
