My Rolex Submariner watch that I've had for 18 years and have consistenly worn while scuba diving recently stopped working. I was initially more than a bit apprehensive about trusting my beloved Rolex to a company "on the Net". However, after conducting some "due diligence" checking with both the Better Business Bureau and past customers, those concerns were overcome. The overall process was quick and convenient and communications both on the repair estimate and the repair process itself were excellent. I have had my watch back for several weeks and not only does it look great (not bad for a 40+ year old), it is keeping excellent time, with variations from WWV no more than 10-12 seconds a week - outstanding for a mechanical chronometer. I have just recieved my Vintage Omega Seamaster watch from service and it is impecable. The watch is 40 years old and looked like it. Watch Repair.net did an outstanding job with the cleaning and refurbishment. It did take a while--but I did send it in during the Holiday Season and some of the replacement parts had to be ordered--it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend their services.

Recently I had my Rolex GMT 1675 watch repaired and over hauled by your firm. I had my watch for over 20 years and this is the first time that the watch left my wrist. I initially thought that the price for their services was high, but when the watch was returned to me looking better that when it was new, working perfectly, I was impressed.
