Sample Before & After

This Panerai Luminor Marina PAM164 was sent to us by Jeff Rajeck all the way from Singapore. His wife bought this watch for him as a wedding gift and it got pretty beat up when he fell off his bicycle. Our master watchmaker has developed special tooling just for refinishing Panerai cases. As can be seen from these photos, the watch looks as good as it did the day that Jeff got married.

Before After

The process starts by methodically disassembling the entire watch piece by piece. Once the movement is removed, the case goes to our refinishing department. This is in a separate room so that the dust particles do not contaminate the movement of the watch.

Then each case part is polished separately back to original factory specifications and then reassembled. Even the screw heads are each polished so that by the time we are finished, your watch looks almost as good as the day you first took it home.

"I accidentally dropped my beloved Panerai PAM 164, cracked the crystal, and damaged the bezel. After being quoted a high price for the replacement of the crystal from my local dealer in Singapore, I decided to look on the internet for a alternative source. Jeff at watchrepair.net was able to diagnose the problem with the watch over email and offer a very competitive quote for the repair. The delivery and return was very smooth and he was even able to secure parts which my local dealer could not. The watch returned as good as new and now I keep it safe in the complimentary travel case! Thanks for your great work and I'm happy to recommend your services to anyone who may enquire. Thanks Again." Jeff Rajeck Reuters Singapore
