Do we warranty all service and repairs? We warranty all of our work for a period of 12 months. This warranty of service starts from the date you receive your watch.
We take real pride in providing the best service in the industry and we stand behind our work 100%. If the watch fails and it has anything to do with how we performed our service, you can be confident that we will do whatever is necessary to remedy the situation in as timely a manner as possible. How do I get an estimate? To get an estimate on your watch repair, please either call or e-mail us.
In most cases we can provide you a good faith estimate for repairs/service on your watch. In some cases it will be necessary for you to send us your watch so that we can diagnose the problem and give you an accurate estimate and time frame that the work will take. Please only send us your watch once we have communicated so that we are expecting your watch. Make sure to print out and include the attached form. (PDF Watch Repair Form) You may also call us at (888)876-9282 and we will do our best to give you a quote over the phone. Once we receive your watch we either call, fax or e-mail your estimate. Upon receiving the estimate you have the option to approve or deny the estimate. If you want us to proceed with the quoted service, please reply by e-mail, fax or phone that you want to proceed. If you decide not to proceed, we will send you back your watch immediately. (You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Cost of return shipping is by way of U.S. Postal Priority Mail and will be insured for full value. How should I pack and ship my watch for service?
We have extensive experience shipping and receiving high value watches all over the United States.
Prior to shipping us your watch, it is important that we have communicated by phone or by e-mail regarding the type of service(s) you require and are aware that you will be sending us your watch. Please follow the below instructions to assure safe, timely and accountable shipping of your high value watch:
a. Our preference is that the watch is sent by way of U.S.P.S Registered Mail. Please make sure to properly insure your watch for full replacement value. Insurance with U.S.P.S is very reasonable. If U.S.P.S is not convenient and you prefer to ship us your watch via FedEx or UPS, please make sure to coordinate with us so that we can send you appropriate shipping instructions. Careful shipping and packaging of your watch is a very important part of our business. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further assistance in shipping your watch. Within 24 hours of receipt of your watch, we will call and e-mail you to confirm that we have received your watch. (Please see: How do I pay for service to my watch?
